The Nodpod Resort (aka the Dreamiest Trip Ever)

I fell in love with Nodpod about four years ago, and I’m not exaggerating when I say it completely changed my sleep.
It’s a weighted sleep mask designed to apply gentle pressure to your eyes and temples, and somehow it just works. I literally cannot sleep without it anymore. Like… truly. If I don’t have it, I panic.
Since then, my entire family has gotten hooked, even my kids!
So, when they invited me on a brand trip to Arizona, to what they called the Nodpod Resort — I actually squealed.
The Room Drop (I’m Still Not Over It)
I walked into my room and just stood there for a second like… wait, WHAT?! They absolutely stocked me up.
Eye masks (obviously), silk pillowcases, mineralized silk scrunchies, the body blanket, all the good stuff. And then it kept going… my favorite pajamas ever (I was way too excited about that), a Purple Pillow, a full Vitality yoga set, hair tools, makeup, skincare… it was unreal.
Truly next-level thoughtful and generous.
I’ll put the full room drop video here so you can see everything. It was too good not to share.
Day 1: Settling In + The Best Kind of Brand Trip
Day one was the perfect mix of relaxed and intentional.
We settled in, got some sun, and then spent time with the founder, Melissa. Honestly, this is always my favorite part of brand trips — getting to really know the people behind the brand. Hearing her story, how Nodpod came to be, and the intention behind everything made me love it even more.
There were 10 other creators there, and it just felt easy. Not overwhelming, not over-scheduled, just a good group and a good vibe.
We ended the night with a private hibachi dinner by the pool, which was SO fun. The kind of night where you’re laughing the whole time and don’t want it to end.
Here's my Day 1 video here so you can see it all play out.
Day 2: Slowing Down (In the Best Way)
Day two started slow, breakfast, matcha, and actually having time to relax (which almost never happens on brand trips).
Then they surprised us with a private Pilates class out by the pool.
And listen… I was so hot after that class I fully jumped in the pool with my outfit on 😂 no regrets.
But what stood out most was the pace. Usually on trips like this, you’re running from one thing to the next. With Nodpod, it was different. It reflected what the brand is all about — rest, recovery, slowing down. They didn’t just talk about it, they created it for us.
After Pilates, we had massages… and I’m telling you, I left my body for a minute. I’ve never felt more relaxed.
We ended the trip with dinner at the prettiest restaurant - amazing food, great conversation, just one of those nights you wish you could bottle up.
I’ll include my Day 2 video here too because it captures it all so well.
I left feeling so grateful. Grateful to be included, grateful to work with a brand I genuinely believe in, and grateful for a few days to actually slow down and recharge.
And yes… I slept very well while I was there.
If you've made it this far and don't own a Nodpod, don't you think it's time to fix that!? 😉

Looks like such a great trip being able to wind down instead of the constant hustling of some of the brand trips I have seen.
