What a labor of love this launch has been! With the timing of Eastern and St. Patrick's Day it became clear we'd have to do things a little differently this year. So, my team and I put our heads together and decide to make this our biggest launch EVER!

Behind The Scenes:
Now that we showed you all the products, I thought it would be fun to show you a little behind the scenes. Because, let's be honest - a MASSIVE launch like this doesn't happen without this incredible staff!
Let's start with product photos. Imagine photographing each one of the new bracelets, then making collages, then curating life-style photos, then editing all of them, etc.!! Yeah, that's been Jessica's life the last week and that doesn't even cover ALL the other items launching that we needed photos and videos for! Oh and did I mention texts and emails? She's been glued to her camera and computer - but man, her work is just stunning, isn't it?!
When we have a launch like this, being organized is everything! Ashley is the best at making sure things are ready to go! Website perfect, inventory accounted for, the staff is ready and prepped to get your buckets and products out correctly, and the table is stocked with all the correct stones and add=ons. She runs around, focusing on the little details to make sure you all have the best shopping experience, and I know we're all super grateful for that!
Then there's Alicia who handles our social media. Think sneak peeks, IG story content, YouTube, Facebook, VIP content, getting this blog published, etc! She made me a lovely honey-do list for this launch, because there were so many moving parts, and I'm proud to say I completed it! Even though she's miles away in CT she still has her hands in so many parts of this launch, making sure you all know exactly what's available and how you can get it! If you need someone to keep you organized, just call Alicia!
Did I mention there are 90 new bracelets being added to the website for this launch? Well, all of those bracelets needed descriptions, and Jen was the girl for the job! She got everything researched and organized for us so the website has all the information you need to make your purchases! Plus she's got to keep up on everything happening so she can help anyone through email that may need it. If you didn't know, Jen is our one and only support person here at DMC and we just love her to pieces!
Then there's me! The Wall was 100% my labor of love for this launch. I spent over 9 hours on this project... counting, sorting, doing inventory and then getting it physically set up (I of course needed to spray paint it the day of our sneak peek!). I think the new neon sign is my favorite part!
As many of you know, I hand-pick everything that goes into our buckets and new products. These bracelets are no different! They're super high quality and absolutely gorgeous!
